You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet, over the phone, fax, or by mail. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal as well as checks and money orders. Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.
Shipping Limits: We do ship orders worldwide. Although, anywhere outside of the continental United States will be charged a handling fee of $3.95 along with the cost of shipping. Any orders shipped within the lower 48 states will be shipped free of charge.
Return Policy: There will be a 20% restocking fee on items returned for FULL refund. If your saddle doesn't fit you or your horse you may return it within 14 days in like new condition, with your sales slip for exchange on a different size or model at NO charge. You will be responsible for the shipping fees and insurance back to USASaddlery.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive the wrong, or defective, item you will receive an exchange plus return shipping fees. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement after we have received and approved your return. If you paid by check, money order, cashiers check, Paypal, or any other method other than credit card your refund will by by company check. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
Inventory Disclosure: Due to the different sizes, styles, colors, etc. saddles are often a custom item. With the large selection of saddles we offer, some items may not be in stock and may need to be custom made. Any item not in stock could take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
